What is Phondoo?
Phondoo is a web application that lets you keep track of your to do list on the web and on your mobile phone.

Basically, Phondoo lets you create a to do list (or any kind of list you want) via email, txt message, or through this web site. You can mark old items done. You can add new items. You can txt list with your phone and we'll send your list to your phone, wherever you are. We can send your list to your email address, too.

Why use Phondoo?
How many times have you said, "Oh man, I totally forgot to do that." Now, what if you could send a quick txt and be reminded. That's pretty useful.

And, how many times have you forgotten to bring that paper to do list to the store with you? What if you could have the whole thing sent to your mobile phone with a txt message? That's pretty convenient.

What do you guys do with my txt address, mobile info, or email address?
We use your information to help you keep track of your items and to communicate with you. We're not going to sell your information to any crooks. We won't spam you. Don't worry. Our family, our friends, and we use the service. Our information is in there, too, and we're not going to let it fall into the wrong hands.

What's Phondoo's status?
We're not a crazy "beta" application that breaks half the time. Phondoo actually works. However, we're still adding new features and refining what we've got, so get ready for some more good things coming down the road.

Using Phondoo

How do I sign up?
To sign up with your mobile phone, send a txt message to like this: add ITEM. ITEM is the first item you want to add in your list, so it could look like this: add take the dog to the vet. Or this: add call mom for her birthday. The robot will sign you up, start your list, and send a txt message to you with your login info.

Want to sign up online? Fill out this handy sign-up form. (Be warned, if you choose email, we'll only be able to send list information to your email address. You'll be able to add, modify, and receive your list from your email account, just like you do on your phone. We're working on letting you sign up for both, but right now email is email only.)

How do I add to my list?
From your mobile phone, txt "add" followed by a space and your item to add buy milk and bread

From the web, just log into your list, type a new item into the big add box and click the button. Done.

How do I see my whole list?
Online, just log into Phondoo. Your list will be there for you in all its glory.

On the web, click the big red X next to your item. Instantly done.

How do I reorder my list?
Log into Phondoo. You'll see your list of items. Just click and drag an item where you want it. We'll update your list automatically.

How can I change my account information?
Just click the Account tab when you're logged into your list.

Noticed a bug? Odds are, we're probably already working on it, but you can always send a message to We'll try to answer your help requests as fast as possible.
